Offline Form Manager 1.1

Quask Offline Form Manager is a free mini-application that can be loaded onto any Windows PC, laptop or tablet PC. It allows forms to be managed where no internet connection is available. Forms are designed in FormArtist, then sent out as a single email attachment, or the form file can be put on CD or another medium. The respondent then simply double-clicks the attachment or file, and the form is automatically added to Quask Offline Form Manager.

Quask Offline Form Manager manages any number of forms, and allows you to create as many instances of each form as required. Partially completed forms can be saved at any point and then returned to at a later stage. This is ideal where forms are lengthy and require some time to complete.

The response data is packaged up as a single data file and put onto a disk or emailed directly back to the FormArtist user. In this way, all data for each form ends up in one central location where it can be analyzed or exported in the usual way.
